How to start an AA Meeting or Discussion Group:

1. To start your own online AA meeting post a day and time for others to join in. Give it a name, such as "The Tuesday Afternoon Group" etc. (I am sure you are more creative than I am).
2. E-mail your home group members or friends about the meeting to improve the success of your meeting.
3. Limit the official meeting time to no more than 2 hours (Continued discussion is welcome after the official ending time of meeting)
4. Enjoy your time on AA Sober Chat and know you are helping others.
